Search covers the emails loaded on this device.
Bring the details together, without moving your mail. Your category rules and email index stay on this device.
Encrypt your saved index with a passphrase. It cannot be recovered if forgotten. Google access is held only while the app is open.
Any matching rule includes the email. Exclusions override matches. A sender match is a sorting clue, not proof that a message is authentic. Emails can appear in multiple categories.
Gmail sender, recipient headers, subject, date, message IDs and labels. No message bodies or attachments. Only the Gmail metadata permission is requested.
Your browser connects directly to Google. This app has no mailbox backend, analytics or remote AI. An optional encrypted index is saved in this browser using your passphrase. Access tokens are kept in memory, not in saved storage.
Each refresh checks up to 100 recent messages per connected account. Load more to search older mail. After reopening, locking or access expiry, reconnect each account. Google may ask you to sign in again.
Each card links to Gmail. Gmail requires its own signed-in session; your OrgMosaic passphrase does not lock Gmail. Opening the right account and message still needs live testing on your devices.
The app locks after five minutes of inactivity or when left in the background for five minutes. Local encryption does not protect against malicious app updates, a compromised device, or someone using an unlocked session. This prototype has not had an independent security audit.
On iPhone, use Safari's Share menu → Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser's Install app or Add to Home Screen option. The app shell and an encrypted saved index can work offline; Gmail refresh requires internet.
Use Disconnect beside an account to forget its details here. To revoke Google's permission too, use your Google account connections.
